think about it
someone said, this year, right now, I will pay more positive attention to what I have
(gratitude)
redo the attitude, think about how welcoming my bed is, about all the things thekitchen gives me
heap positive attention on what I have
embrace chaos?maybe just breathe through it, especially at work, stay quiet, watch and listen, their stuff does not matter
do trust that they want to do you right
this year, stop and take a moment every so often to check in and see how I am feeling, let actions match how I feel, shore with those whoe feel welcoming, distance others
steer my brain toward truer stories
prayerful review of the past year from Ignatian blog
where may I have done better?
where/what to ask for forgiveness?
perceived failures
who have I hurt?
where and what of have I been fearful?
create a ritual for letting go of the these things for the year...
