The real reason for blogging today is reaction to previous blog on transition. Not much has changed.
Still focused on transition and the next phase. I am finally getting used to the place where I am at now. For months I waited for work/life to be the way it ed to be when I was a Solution Consultant.
That did not happen. It came to me that the greatest transition was NOT TRAVELING - working differently from how I have been for more then 20 years. Suddenly - at home in my office. Working via phone and web - not traveling, hardly any customer contact. This was the greatest change - not the product, company, messages - but the actual rhythm of the work.
