  • THE THREE GRATITUDE'S - for 21 days in a row - write down or say - three new things that you are grateful for.  Be specific -
Each day they should be different and specific - rewire the brain.  Change mindset 

90% of long term happiness is not controlled by the exterior world. 

  • THE DOUBLER: For 21 days write down a meangingful experience.

  • MINDFUL 15 MINUTES OF ACTIVITY EVERY DAY -

  • RIPPLE EFFECT - ADD THREE SMILES EACH DAY.

  • CHARGE YOUR BATTERY - deepen social support - for 21 days - write a positive note ro someone in your socila network.
